我看 Windows 10 只有最初的几个版本不支持啊。如果是老版本的话可能只能重装了。

你的 dotnet framekwork 4.8 下载错了吧？或者是操作系统版本太低。
.net framework 4.8 支持 Windows 7 SP1、Windows 8.1、Windows 10 1607 及以上版本。 |
