没啥用，绝大部份公司的竞争力根本不是软件系统，软件系统只是辅助而已，即使是主要靠软件吃饭的公司，研发成本往往也是巨高，否则公司根本就在市场上站不住，有能力复制这种软件的人，属于社会上真正的人才，是不担心裁员的
