心电图还是有点用的，我有段时间心跳时不时会不按规律来一下，5 ～ 10 分钟之后就好，去看了医生，医生说很难确诊除非发病时有 ecg ，我正好用苹果手表记录了当时的心电图给医生看问行不行，医生看了说是室性早博，压力引起的，没啥危险。
