推荐先买个车，房子的话，自己先关注起来。因为接下来二三年杭州很多地方都有新盘交付，你到时候买次新房好了更加划算。 自己就是上车期房，其中坑太多，不太推荐。 更好的建议是：先玩两年，然后再考虑买房和生娃。因为现在经济下行，别给自己上太多压力。
