面试一个人不能只看技术，还要看其沟通能力以及学习能力。每个人用过的技术不一样，不会全部掌握。有工具不用，要工具干嘛。本质上说这个面试者说的不错，从楼主的描述看，主要问题是态度和沟通问题。不过楼主能跟面试人员吵起来，这也说明楼主还需要磨练。
