比如开源个做小程序的框架，就很少有团队会只写英文文档，甚至完全不会去写英文文档，因为受众全部在国内。
但是如果是底层框架、中间件之类，一般会出英文文档。
比如我们的 https://bifromq.io/ 开源 MQTT 消息中间件，就因为要同时兼顾海外&国内用户做的双语文档。
当然，维护成本确实也确实高不少。
