如题，GoodbyeDPI 可以在 Windows 系统下修改 tcp 流量（不涉及加密流量修改）
实测效果：可以使得在 Wireshark 上使用tls.handshake.extensions_server_name过滤器时看到的 client hello 的 server name 的值可以与实际不符，但后续包仍然包含明文的 server name ，所以只能在部分 DPI 系统中保护隐私。
