VPS 能远程 SSH 访问，但不能访问外网？

    今天重新折腾一个 VPS ，原本以为它挂了，rebulid 后 SSH 没有问题，但外网不能访问，连 ping 8.8.8.8/1.1.1.1 都不可以，由于是新建的主机，应该可以排除网络问题？是本身 VPS 提供商内部的问题吗？
