我知道苹果你是想这些后台任务多省点电，但遇到 Xcode 或者系统更新就是只能干瞪眼啊，有没有什么解决方法使用大核啊（ M1 Pro 和 M1 Max 由于只有 2 个能效核心会比 M1 更慢）

@chendy Activity Monitor 或者 iStat Menus 都可以看，安装的时候 2 个小核持续高负载，8 个大核不动。 找了一下，这个 thread 应该就是这个问题： https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/668609 |
