刚入职 20 天就离职，休年假合不合适？

    因为收到另外一个 offer，平台和薪水更好一些，但是刚入职这家中央企业才 20 天，另外新的一年，给了 5 天的年假，直接休 5 天年假，然后离职，是不是不太厚道。
