android 怎样免费保存用户的信息到线上？

    场景，我想做一个类似有道云笔记和印象笔记一样的记事本。然后存储用户信息到线上。有没有什么接口可以使用的？
    以前百度网盘有 api，现在已经关了。有没有其他的方案？国外的也行。有没有网盘是支持的？

    我可以只做海外用户。因为现在我打算 android app 只发 google play 了。国内 android 商店对个人开发者越来越恶劣了。强制要求软件著作权证书。最少得 500 大洋了。。。

    @yukiww233 软著不是最低 500 起步的吗？还是要电子证书才收费的？我怎么看到的都是收费的？希望介绍一下免费的方法。
