在薪资低的前提下，考虑行业没啥意义，你想：行业趋势不好，自然是不用入职。行业趋势好，你还给他开这么低薪资，自然也去投别的薪资高的区块链公司。

如果是大项目大交易所可以，这个行业技术人才还是非常紧缺的。小厂的话可能会因为扛不住波动（行情、政策）随时裁员解散
