前些天不是各种版本来的么，想用的时候一个都找不到了，索性自己撸一个。

5、6 年没碰过 C#了，各种 API、骚操作什么的都是现查的，所以代码很烂，release 里面的直接用就完了。

PS：Visual Studio 2017 的 bug 咋那么多，今天早上到现在 crash 了好多次，还有各种灵异问题，快捷键失效，某个按键不能用，突然的报错还得重启解决。

用起来还行，就是百度 OCR 识别率有点差
