    查看你的 idea.log 。

    似乎是文件路径不存在，可能是楼上提到的路径问题。

    python 项目路径里面不要用任何中文和下划线以外的字符，不要用大写。全部小写字母。
    楼主先不用用 pycharm 直接在 Dos 环境里手工建项目和 app 在用命令行运行。
