今天4s遇到一个很奇怪的问题

听歌听着听着就没声了

打开手机发现进度条还在前进，而且长按home键也能听到siri出现时的声音

但是歌曲完全听不到，打开别的app也没有声音了，唯一能让它有声音的方法就是摘下耳机再插进去

有谁遇到过这种问题？如何解决？

如果Siri出来有声音，那可以排除是硬件问题，可能是软件引起的系统问题。

Hard reset it, I had the same problem.
Press Home and Sleep button at the same time, hold it till iPhone restart. Don't slide to shutdown, just hold it until screen goes off.
