不想把原来消费过的apps再买一遍。。。

求助：Apple ID绑定的英国银行卡只能在英国的iTunes里消费，现回国了，那卡里没钱以后也不会再用了。如果重新注册中国的Apple ID岂不是用原来ID付过费的apps还得用人民币再买一遍？
