ubuntu mate 升級 17.04 後，中文輸入法不顯示選擇匡

    從 16.04 就開始用這個發行版了，那時和經常出現重啓後輸入法沒有選擇匡，輸入漢字遇到多個同音字的時候只能靠猜選擇 12345,但是多且換幾次輸入法，會報一個內部錯誤，然後恢復正常。
    升級到 16.10 仍然這樣。
    升級到 17.04,特麼的切換輸入法也不出現選擇匡了，沒法打字了。
