删除你不要的版本的文件夹，然后重新 link 一下
brew link --overwrite macvim |

在 Alfred 里面把 /usr/local/Cellar 去掉就好了
brew cleanup 会删除旧版本，但是 soft link 就被破坏了。。。 |

2. 缩小 spotlight 或 alfred 的索引范围， 像 /usr/local/Cellar 这种地方可以忽略了 |
