如果做一个中文版的instagram的Web界面会有人玩吗？

最近沉迷于此，一直想要有个Web界面，用电脑可以随时上、关注、搜索什么的。也看过国外有几个都做的不错，但是基本是英文的国内用户可能知道得不多。
如果再做一个，全中文界面，会有人愿意用么？
