看过一点 Flask 的教程，感觉还是 django 比较全面，就没有怎么关注了，最近无意看了看 Flask ，还是没有到 1.0 版本，是什么原因，或者说，什么地方还没有完善，使得 1.0 不能发布？

除了一楼说的，还有就是作者维护很多项目，忙不过来，然后就把项目转交给社区管理，所以几个月前刚有了 0.11 版
