气死我了 Google Cloud 里面还有 1300 多刀 Google 把我计费账户关了

    I've fully investigated your case once more. I regret to inform you that your account will remain closed. The projects associated with this billing account 022B04-E71B39-F2D66D will remain suspended.

    As per Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service (Section 7.1), Google may discontinue any Services or any portion or feature for any reason at any time without liability to Customer.

    I will now close this case.

    太叼了 我已经在安排撤离。关于 Google Cloud 最多只能当 CDN 节点用 放关键业务在上面准完蛋
    太不靠谱了 太霸道了

    我也觉得楼主应该是剩了什么东西没说的 我是找过 Google 客服的 起码几次态度都很诚恳 有一次多扣了补了回来

    G 家的帐一直乱七八糟, 上次 adwords 改版, 很多人账户里无效点击退的款都没有了.....

    @bilok 我有啥没说 我就放了一个 dns 集群。和 2 个 CDN 节点
    我从来没搞邮件平台
    Google 也不提供任何关停理由 如果像你们想的 abuse 那也有个 abuse 事件吧

    我从未收到关计费账户的任邮件不知道是他们没发送还是把我账户停了 dns 集群不工作导致我收不到 Google 发来的邮件

    感觉 Google 的客服就是这样，不知道是因为中国客户，还是就是这样，总之各种吃屎的感觉。其他亚马逊就很好，就连 Paypal 那么坑爹的至少客服也都比 Google 讲道理。

    @holinhot 那你好歹写信问一下原因啊？账户 suspend 钱也拿不回来？真是无故关停，想办法维权吧，去一些大的国外论坛发帖子，怎么都要给个原因和解释的吧

    @holinhot 刚才搜了一下貌似 google 就是这样，关账号基本什么也不说，大部分都是因为账号违反了 TOS 被员工看见了，然后就把整个账号关掉。这个有点吓人了

    慢慢开始导出备份所有 google 的数据

    人家大公司专业律师团队 你维权个就是个吃亏的

    之我我是用 aws 的 感觉真的很好 感觉 google cloud 就和腾讯云一个样 土豪有钱折腾着玩 至于赚不赚钱无所谓了 aws 企业用户量甩 google cloud 几条街

    7.2 Deprecation Policy. Google will announce if it intends to discontinue or make backwards incompatible changes to the Services specified at the URL in the next sentence. Google will use commercially reasonable efforts to continue to operate those Services versions and features identified at https://cloud.google.com/terms/deprecation without these changes for at least one year after that announcement, unless (as Google determines in its reasonable good faith judgment):

    (i) required by law or third party relationship (including if there is a change in applicable law or relationship), or

    (ii) doing so could create a security risk or substantial economic or material technical burden.

    The above policy is the "Deprecation Policy."
