本人全年末才开始写个人博客，目前规划主题是 PHP 、 JS 及数据库，更新频率估计再一周一篇至一月一篇不等。

You should have to first change the title of your blog which currently showing only 'Z' in the title bar. And for that you have to put title in :
<title>your title comes here</title> |
