操作 office 2013 时， lync 总是自动弹出

Windows 7 32bit ，安装了 office 2013 和 lync 2013 ，每当打开 office 时，最小化到通知区域的 lync 就会自动弹出。即便是最小化到状态栏，也会在操作 office 时自动弹出。
求教各位如何解决？
