为什么很多 linux 发行版的软件库里依然是 apache(httpd) 2.2 版本而不是 2.4 版本？

如题，难道只是因为 linux 软件的惰性所以才避免升级带来的不稳定因素？还是大家都转向 nginx 了？

centos 7: 2.4.6
debian 8: 2.4.10
ubuntu vivid: 2.4.10

@zsj950618 我用的某云的服务器， Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 、 CentOS 7 ，都是 64 位的，分别使用 apt-get 和 yum 去安装都是 2.2 版本的== 难道某云把这些系统的软件库都改成自己的了==

我用的是某云的镜像， 14.04LTS 2.4.10 ， Centos 7 2.4.6 ，没问题啊。
