如何从一张图片中识别到头部部分？

现在用了Face++的API实现了脸部识别，如下

我想裁到整个头部，便手动放大了裁剪框，但是各种各样的头发总是不能完整的出现在图中。
所以问问类似这种的还有没有现成的服务或者算法可以解决这个问题。
