绿色的小方块越多，活跃的天数越多；
绿色越深，当天的活跃度越大。 不过发起一个issue、提交一个commit，好多活动都算在了活跃度里面。 所以还是要具体点开看看，这些活跃都有什么活动。 当然最好的办法还是让技术看看具体这个人都发起了什么项目，直接看代码。也可以看看他参与了什么项目，给这些项目做了哪些PR。 做一件事，却提交了好多个commit，也会造成满屏深绿色。。这种情况下的个人账号，要么是不太会用github，要么就是在刷活跃度。。 |

很多人喜欢拿Star来当指标，但是其实，Star的数量主要取决于需求，其次才是性能等指标，最后才是质量。
所以呢，GitHub上，放个Google能用的IP之类的，或者hosts之类的破千Star也是常事。 招人不能看Star或者Followers，你要切实地打开他的GitHub，看一看他的代码。 |

主要应该侧重于，能看到代码质量和写代码的风格，以及参与了什么项目。
@hylent 我觉得 commits 数量多很正常吧？比如一个一天能写完的 feature，可能需要 3 到 10 次 commit， 甚至更多，善于利用 commit 梳理工作流也是在发挥 git 的优势。 |

最关键 还是要看具体发起项目的代码 还有参与项目的PR |
