macbook pro 外接 dell p2815q 1080P 如何设置 60hz

我的是2014款macbook pro 13 视网膜低配。买了dell p2815q显示器4K。官方说4K分辨率的时候，刷新率是30hz，有人说调整成1080P可以变成60hz。我现在已经调成1080P了，但打字、鼠标移动都有延迟，眼睛受不了。求解答。是否弄成60hz就没有延迟了？求方法

没有看到调整的地方， 1080P应该默认就是60hz了（没有感觉眼睛不适应）， 4K字真的小呀，其他分辨率有点糊

@Paranoid 没用4K，太小了看不见。用的1080P。眼睛不适应的是鼠标延迟不舒服。

@drackzy 原来这就是100ms的延迟啊，看来还是很明显的。不知道京东是否接受退款。。。估计是难了。谢谢
