我是Premium用户,2周前手贱装了iOS版本,结果发现iOS版本里面所有的站点名/用户名/密码都是空的,给LastPass的客服发了ticket,让我重装,清cache,无效。然后换了一个客服,让我尝试如下操作:
1. Please go to Settings > Advanced Settings > untick USERNAME IN VAULT, like this one https://helpdesk.lastpass.com/wp-content/uploads/iOS-Advanced-Setting-1.png
2. Clear LastPass cache and Browser cache under 'Settings'
3. if the issue persists, login to your LastPass account in your desktop or laptop > verify if the issue is only specific in your iPhone.
结果iOS上的问题没解决不说,我电脑上的密码库也全部变空了。接下来的时间一直在让LP的客服想办法,今天收到他们的答复
I'm afraid we are not able to find any issues in your account that would have caused this corruption in either the iOS app or the online Vault therefore we have no options to attempt to revert or correct this corruption. You will need to delete your account (https://lastpass.com/delete_account.php) and start over.
简直无语了。。。
