新加坡对电信绝对是个坑，不要被Ping迷惑了
这个镜像功能，开通很久了吧，去年我就发现有 新加坡此功能有限制 |

上周的时候有一个功能就是创建快照后用快照创建新的droplet.这样的话应该也能做到多机房迁移吧.
