1. ICT Supply Chair Risk Management 还不太确定这个到底是不是 Chair 还是 Chain，但应该是 Chair，因为国外官方网站上写的是这个。

2. Centers of Academic Excellence 看介绍应该是一个社区大学的项目或种类，是由国家安全局和国土安全局赞助的。

3. Scholarship For Service 这是一个国家科学基金会和国土安全局的一个4年奖学金。

差不多就是这 3 个，先感谢大家翻译了。
