同样的网络环境下， web、ios 端的 telegram 都能正常使用，只有 macOS 端一直转圈显示 connecting。什么原因呢？

因为不同系统的代理行为不一样，iOS 的代理接管了所有流量，macOS 的代理如果只是设置为系统代理，那么相当于提供了一个代理服务，只有使用这个服务的流量才会被代理，比如 web ，而 tg 客户端不会主动去使用这个服务，需要你在客户端中声明。
