求帮助：wordpress 如何建立一个指定标签的显示页面？

想给博客添加一个标签页，但是以显示品牌类的标签为主，类似： http://dangran.me/brands

只显示如“NIKE”、“谷歌”这样的品牌标签。

但是根本不懂技术、没办法实现，怎么做到像虎嗅这样的： http://www.huxiu.com/tags 标签分类显示且按一定顺序排序？？？

技术白痴，求帮助...
