我们公司用的 Stripe ，为此专门成立了一个英国公司，正规运营。不知道能否使用中国公司注册。

@Cert #7 分流规则是 tp 后台里是预设好的，根据访问 ip 的运营商自动分流，两条宽带的 dns 用运营商的，去光猫后台复制过来，比公用 dns 快很多

我是两条千兆，联通和电信，pt 下载的时候就会根据 ip 自动分流，下载速度能跑到 180m/s
